Payment Methods

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available nationwide. Customers must provide exact payment upon delivery.
  • Online Payments: Processed securely via WooCommerce-supported gateways (e.g., credit/debit cards, JazzCash).
  • Fraud Checks: We may request additional verification (e.g., CNIC copy) for high-value COD orders.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Orders are binding once payment is processed.
  • You may cancel within 1 hour of placement by contacting support. Post-dispatch cancellations are not permitted.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Policy

  • Delivery timelines: 2–5 business days (cities), up to 7 days (remote areas).
  • Shipping fee: Rs. 180 per order (unless waived during promotions).
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

Undeliverable Orders

  • Failed deliveries (e.g., incorrect address, unreachable customer) will be reattempted once.
  • Unclaimed orders after 7 days will be refunded (minus shipping costs).

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 15 days for unused, tagged items in original packaging.
  • Non-returnable: Underwear, cosmetics, personalized goods.

Process

  2. Return Shipping:
    • Free for defective/incorrect items.
    • Customer-paid for change of mind.
  3. Refunds: Processed within 3–5 business days via original payment method or store credit.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Violations may result in legal action and account termination.
