Delivery Services

  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan with no additional hidden charges.
  • Shipping time varies between 2-5 business days (cities) and up to 7 days for remote areas.
  • A fixed shipping fee of Rs. 180 applies to all orders, except during promotional campaigns.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed before 3 PM PST are processed the same day. Weekend orders ship on Monday.
  • Customers receive SMS/email notifications at each stage (confirmed, dispatched, delivered).

Undeliverable Orders

  • If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unreachable customer, the order will be canceled after 2 attempts.
  • Customers must ensure someone is available to receive COD orders.
