A: Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can check out as a guest or create an account for faster future purchases.

Q: Is my payment information secure?

A: Absolutely. We use SSL encryption and trusted payment gateways. For Cash on Delivery (COD), no payment details are stored.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: You may request cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting us at support@nestifur.com or +92 306 5833839. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

Q: Why was my order canceled?

A: Orders may be canceled due to:

  • Unavailable stock
  • Suspicious/fraudulent activity
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Payment verification issues

You’ll receive an email/SMS if your order is canceled.


2. Shipping & Delivery

Q: What are the delivery charges?

A: A flat rate of Rs. 180 applies to all orders, unless waived during promotions.

Q: How long does delivery take?

A:

  • Major cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad): 2–3 business days
  • Other cities/towns: 3–5 business days
  • Remote areas: Up to 7 business days

Q: Do you offer express shipping?

A: Currently, we only offer standard shipping.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

Q: What if I’m not available when delivery is attempted?

A: Our courier will try twice. If unsuccessful, the order will be canceled, and a refund issued (minus shipping fees).

Q: What is your return policy?

  • Returns accepted within 15 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Q: How do I initiate a return?

  2. Provide order details and reason for return.
  3. If approved, we’ll guide you through the return process.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?

A:

  • Free return shipping: If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Customer pays return shipping: For change of mind or size exchanges.

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Q: Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?

A: Yes! Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Q: What items cannot be returned?

  • Underwear, swimwear, and lingerie
  • Cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products
  • Personalized/custom-made items
  • Items without original tags/packaging

Q: Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available in my area?

A: COD is available across Pakistan, including remote areas.

Q: Why was my COD order marked for verification?

A: For high-value orders, we may request CNIC verification to prevent fraud.

Q: What if my payment fails?

A: Check your bank’s transaction limits or try an alternate payment method. If issues persist, contact your bank or our support team.

Q: Are your products original and high-quality?

A: Yes! We source directly from trusted suppliers and ensure strict quality checks.

Q: What if I receive a defective/wrong product?

A: Contact us immediately with photo/video proof. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement/refund.

Q: Why does the product look different from the website image?

A: Slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or product batches.
